It’s been a great experience reading over your journal. I am trying to find the courage to start my own boatbuilding project, also glued lapstrake. Still trying to decided on an Oughtred design – Penny Fee, or Walter Simmons’ Newfoundland trap skiff. In any case I found your writing and photos very helpful. Take care, Dennis
